I am Fr. Tom Baker, Pastor here since 2018. I was ordained a priest in 1989 and the scripture I chose for my priestly service was this: “To do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with God” (Micah 6:8).

I love Jesus, love being a priest and am always trying to walk more faithfully with Him. To be just, merciful, and humble is a challenge in our modern world, but I still keep this as my focus. I am so blessed in my ministry and the welcome I receive into so many lives. St. Rita is a warm and vibrant parish community.  As Pastor I work with a great Parish Team to bring the good news of Jesus to life.  We are all beloved children of God and I pray you find a place of belonging here at St. Rita Catholic Parish. Together with the Parish Team, we want to assist you in your faith journey, and we hope to accompany you on the amazing mission as disciples of Jesus.
