We are a community that seeks to live out the commandment to love God and neighbor in many different ways, whether it be through the priesthood, diaconate, religious life, matrimony, or a life of being single and committed to service. To promote and encourage everyone’s own vocational discernment, we have four “traveling” St. Rita statues that will go home with different households each week – beginning Vocation Sunday, February 16 – to pray for vocations in our parish community.
We invite all parish individuals, couples, and families to sign up to take home one of the statues for a week. Please click the button below to reserve a statue for your household. You will receive the statue with a blessing at the end of your preferred mass. Take it home and use the included prayer to pray for vocations. Please return the statue to the church before the same mass the following week, so that it may go home with the next household.
If you have any questions, please contact the St. Rita Vocations Team at [email protected], or call the Parish Office at (626) 355-1292. Let us all work towards promoting a culture of vocations. St. Rita, pray for us!
