Thank you for visiting our Facility Reservation page. Please carefully review the below instruction before proceeding.
Steps to reserve a facility- Review the existing Parish Calendar for current availability.
- Finalize with your ministry the date, time, and facility that works best for your event.
- Agree upon an alternative date/time and facility option.
- Complete the Facility Reservation Form with as much pertinent detail as possible.
- Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an initial acknowledgment email stating that your request is being reviewed. You will receive a secondary email if your event is approved, advising accordingly. If your event is declined, we will be in touch to resolve and find alternative options.
- Once your event is approved and calendared, you will be given further instruction on acquiring keys and access to the facility, along with completing our Facility Use Checklist.
COVID-19 protocols and considerationsThese COVID-19 prevention protocols are in line with the current Los Angeles County Health Office Orders and the Los Angeles Archdiocese guidelines. All are subject to change.- If you are experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and fever or chills, please do not enter any building on campus.
- Masks (properly covering nose and mouth) are strongly encouraged for all guests while indoors, on-site in any of our facilities.
- Masks are not required when outdoors; however, mask wearing is still recommended when near others.
- Maintain social distancing from others at all times, including when seated.
- Meeting rooms should remain well-ventilated by opening windows and doors whenever possible.
- Posted capacity limits must be adhered to.
- Hand sanitizer must be made available to guests and should be used before entering any facility.
- Kitchens are not available at the Parish Office, Msgr. Gara Hall and Msgr. O'Malley Hall until further notice.
- Food service should be at a minimum and the following protocols must be followed:
- Food must be covered;- Disposable utensils, plates, and cups are to be used;- Hand sanitizer and gloves should be used; and- Ministries are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all food products outside the facility.
In the case of confirmed exposure to COVID-19, you will be notified as part of our COVID-19 exposure management plan. The recommendation from the Health Department is that any person who has been in close proximity to another who has tested positive should be tested and quarantined, if appropriate.
