Burning of Blessed Palms

The ashes used on Ash Wednesday come from the burned palms of the previous year. Please bring in your blessed palms from last year and place them in the containers in the sanctuary area of the Church when you come to mass this weekend. These palms will be burned for our use this Ash Wednesday. If you would like to join us for the burning of these palms, it will take place the day prior on Tuesday, February 21 after the 8:00 a.m. Mass on the East Campus upper playground.
